My first site for review

Seeing as I've struggled for a couple of months to get my site to rank well in Google, I'm hoping someone can give it a critique and offer some advice:

anyway nice site - decent theme, good content. You rank 89 in google, 7 in yahoo and 1 in live. My rankings are pretty much the opposites (high google low yahoo/live).

I agree with Bogardi, there's not an ad for a product anywhere. No call to buy.

The design is decent, you probably need more backlinks. Amazon's got the #1 spot right now.

That's a beautiful design!

However, at first glance I had no idea that it had anything to do with cycling shirts. If that's the crowd you're going after you might want to put up a picture of a cyclist along with some shirts in the header.

I saw a few things on some of the internal pages about "Finding the right fit" etc. That's the kind of useful content you need all over the main page. Headlines like "You either love it or you hate it" won't work unless someone is already a reader of your blog.

Good layout, good niche (I've been meaning to get into it myself actually).

I ride my bike on a lot of routes during the summer, but I felt dumb as fuck when I opened up your site and realized I have no idea what most of these brands are and what some of these terms mean.

I expected some sort of introduction or "choosing a jersey" type article to get me started. Instead I ended up just glancing around and leaving because a lot of the content headlines and links don't make much sense. "Fun Stuff" "Techie Stuff" and the headlines of the articles.

The site is beautiful but if you're trying to sell stuff / make money I think it is not really done well.
