The guy was trying to rob him, not kill him. He used his gun to protect his property, not his life. If anything by pulling his gun he put himself in more danger than he would´ve if he wasn´t carrying.

I´m not going to get into the whole pro gun/anti gun thing here, but the title is so misleadin g it´s ridiculous.
