got in the car to go home with my bro on thurs night after we had been at the bar for a while. anyway he turned onto our road way too fast, ended up in the left lane, over corrected and i realized the car was headed straight towards a telephone pole on the right side of the street. because of him swerving so hard my hand ended up out side the car and in btw the car door and the pole. had to kick open the door and call 911 but i didnt feel any pain til i got to the hospital due to being drunk/adrenaline (mayhaps shock as well), just got out this afternoon after the doc put my hand back together.

no drinking for a week while on anti biotics and typing with 1 hand sucks
 


hand is wrapped up, the swelling should go down within the next week, overall my hand hurts and i have to stretch my index middle and ring finger so they dont stiffen up. my pinky was shattered and theres a pin through it. they prescribed some oxycodone for pain so i take one every 5 hours.. not too terrible

good to see youre not in too much pain. About 2 years ago, I broke both my elbows (one clean off)... and people were grimacing at the sight of it, thinking it was torture. In reality, it didn't hurt too bad though.

Your pic looks gnarly though! Glad youre not in excruciating pain or anything.

So your hand got caught between the door and a pole? Ouuuucch *shakes it off*
 
At first glance it looked like your ring finger was severed at the knuckle. Regardless, it looks like you won't be jerkin' it for awhile. Feel better broseph.

yeah, its a 10 minute walk, but i couldnt get him out of the car. he was being stubborn. hes fine injury-wise got a dwi though. i dont think he'll ever drink and drive again especially since if the car was a foot over my side of the car would have hit the pole head on
 
hope that's not your mouse hand. i think you were lucky. why so many Americans drink and drive? oh yeah they don't have public transport lol, well at least they're getting health care sorted, a step in the right direction. ouch.
 
Goddamn, my first thought was that you cut your finger off on a table saw or something. Glad your still among the living.

If I were you, I'd walk right up to my brother and go "What did the 3 fingers say to the face"!! Then slap the taste out his mouth.
 
Too bad your brother in law wasn't high....

This would have never happened.
