I'm suprised you were able to consistently get that kind of quality. Where/how do you typically scout out talent? I'm strong in the front end but need a php wizard to work with.

All friends of mine. I am also a designer, and I make friends with good designers I have a problem with designing my own things, so I like to outsource all of it.
