Nah, you can work a volume that you can meet with your rep and your contact will give you a date until you can get the whitelisting. It's usually volume per MONTH or specific date range - not week.

i was told $1000 a month first on non-dating offers, then they will whitelist for dating offers. I think it's pretty arbitrary.

I was told 2500, I haven't used them in a while but I did spend a lot of money in the past. So I'm not sure.
