Glad we could get it sorted out too. There was confusion that was brought about by poor communication by us and tpsp88 had a valid argument. Thanks to tpsp88 for taking the time to explain the situation and working with us to come up with a solution.

All offers that have this weird chargeback situation have all been updated to let affiliates know that it may occur so that you can choose to try it out or not. If you ever have any doubts about anything hit your AM up though. Communication is key. If you're not getting it through that channel hit me up with a PM and I'll see what I can do.

Oh yea, sorry, jut to clarify, on edu you're not getting charged back for them not contacting people. I believe I may have said that but they definitely will be paying for that. What I ment was if the number doesn't exist, disconnected, etc.

Both sides have said this has been resolved, Neverblue came in and explained it really well, everyone is happy.

For my part, I had an advertiser who runs a lot of email/zip submits with Neverblue withhold almost $9k because they got caught using a company's image and trademark without their permission. As if that has anything to do with me.

Neverblue paid me the full amount out of their own pockets even though the advertiser stiffed them.
