The website design is done and in psd format. I just need a designer to put it to life. Please let me know your skype and your rates.

It's only 3 pages but there are some complex parts like drop down boxes, opt in boxes, and a lightbox pop up.

Looking to work with someone who can take on the project and can have full communication with. I lready had 1 guy flake and another one who did not want to answer messages so I need someone serious for this.
