Need a good article spinner/submitter for monthly work

So, I had a guy doing my stuff and he split, so I'm looking for someone that can do the following. If that's you, just let me know how much... I would be looking to do 2 to 3 of these per month:

- Write 1 x 500 word article on keyword topic
- Spin 100 times (title/word/sentence) so it's still easily readable by native English readers
- Submit to 100 article submission sites (need 100 spins to be approved)
- Provide report

I can submit 3000 links with 1000 guaranteed submissions. I'l lbe opening a thread soon. I'll also do some RSS Drip feeds that wil llast for a month to make sure that these will get crawled and indexed.
