Makes sense. If I was starting out, I would honestly have taken this opportunity. When you run a business, it sometimes doesn't make sense to take a 50/50 cut people. There are alot of other factors to consider: Experience, workload, is there a process or system in place. If you are not both starting from scratch, then a scenario like this would make sense. Someone asking for 50/50 off the top without knowing the workload or requirements is definitely showing immaturity.
Imagine if Donald Trump or Bill Gates gave you the exact scenario but only 10% went to you, most of you would jump at the opportunity, since you know it will lead to bigger things, and there is a reputable name being it.
I don't expect anyone to agree to working with me until I have provided all the details and it is equitable for both parties.
Not a bad deal depending on the hour capYou know what, for anyone who agrees with you - they're welcome to be my bitch, in exchange for a more concrete offer - $500 a month guaranteed + an hour of mentoring a week. Open to anyone from the US/Europe.
