Review:

Speed and Comms: fistpump was quick to reply and respond via emails. Once topic was provided the article was in my inbox within 24hours. top stuff

Quality: I gave a very general topic and asked for a blogger style post. That's it. So it was great to see the article hit my inbox and myself reading it until the very end with no interruptions or difficulties (sometimes its a job in itself reading what some article writers have written). The article was exactly the style we required, was engaging, had vocabulary proper English speaking writers. What was most pleasing was the article included some nice humorous additions that emphasis the fact the writer was very proficient in English and westernized. This is something you just can not get with outsourced ESL writers.

At $.80 per 100 for a native English writer who writes engaging pieces. this is a real bargain. I'm giving it 5/5 based on the value and quality you get.

Review of service:

Ordered a batch of 20 articles.

Comms - last communication was on Friday advising a delay of 24hours. they did offer a 10% reduction in cost due to delay.
HOWEVER - No further communication since then - either via Gmail or via Emails..

Content Quality - cannot comment - have not received anything as yet.

General view: At the moment - not really impressed - if you cannot undertake the work, then advise me - or if the work is outsourced - advise me as well - ultimately you want happy customers - and repeat business - so the first thing you need to do is MANAGE EXPECTATIONS - and manage them well.. Unfortunately this has not been the case with this service provider...

Oh well, I have now tried 5 content writers - and all have failed in some respect. I will continue to search for an effective and transparent content writer.
