You need to know what you're doing i.e if a page has been spammed, find another good page on the domain to use. You need to be able to craft well-written comments with excellent English.
If you can find niche link-drop places for a small % of these 150 links, you have an upper-edge on those who can't.
I won't pay full price up-front. I've already lost money on this by having paid over $100 to get crappy work my client absolutely won't approve. Payment completed after reviewing work. Will pay a small % deposit.
