need help with joomla mobile

my normal joomla tech is booked, need help to get site mobile friendly .
any suggestions ?

Buy a mobile friendly template that uses Bootstrap 3 from Theme Forest. Or get the cheapest subscription to Gavick or YooTheme, although YooTheme's support sucks arse. And probably use the latest Jamula as well - just 'cause it's nice.

Its a complex site , i bought Responsivizer plugin to try myself , but it needs much more than just plugin automatic stuff.

Find a Joomla expert through the official forums or through a place like Odesk, Freelancer, Elance, Guru, etc.?

All of which come up on page one of the serps when you search for "hire a joomla expert".
