Other than The Job Itself, is there ANYTHING that is required of your Team/Crew day in day out by Corporate that EVERYONE hates doing BUT "YOU" have the power to Negate on a small scale?

If so, offer first place a CHOICE of those things to to NO LONGER have to comply with.

Like say, the minimum number of customer credit apps that an employee must get filled out per day. This would give them some breathing room. They could then focus on actually HELPING customers instead of PESTERING every single one they see with filling out an app.


If Corporate were to get on your case about it, just tell them that you are "Temporarily" running an In House Productivity Experiment.


I don't know all the specifics of what you're doing, but that should give you another track to think along since a MONEY Reward is not an option for you.

True, but in this case it depends what the commission structure and membership revenue is based on. If the chain's membership is not structured with a backend then a 200% incentive would not work. However, I agree, in your instance it would work.
