If its just the .swf file you need there are a bunch of free applications / scripts that can do this for you.

If you need the .fla file, thats tough unless they uploaded it to their server and you can figure out the path. Otherwise, you'll need a decompiler program for the .swf file.

I can help you get the .swf if that's all you need. No charge.

I can do it... if its like a vid from cnn or something, it aint that hard to do so free of costs
