Need Technical Content Writer/Rewriter

Hey,

If anyone out there is a technical writer/re-writer let me know. This particular area is VOIP, but there's others too down the road.

Budget isn't huge, I need a couple articles re-written for me to start. May lead to more work later for article writing etc on more general topics.
