Need to Remove Automatic Meta Description on Wordpress Site (will pay)

I don't know if it's a plugin I added or what, but my meta description tags for all my posts start with the words..."TweetShare, TweetShare"

It's coming up for all my search engine listings, and I can't find the root cause of it.

Can someone help me out with this? Will pay you for your time. Thanks!

Move your tweetshare button to the end of the post if you are not getting too many tweets. Use a unique custom Meta description for each post using any SEP plugin. Don't stuff it though. Submit your main site to a few good "indexed directories" with good descriptions.

PS: If you can edit the code of the tweetshare button, remove title tag that says "tweetshare" from around it...
