I have not really seen anything yet but Rob runs many more copies than I do. However I have not heard from him in a few days on some support questions
GrassR00ts, do you have any update regarding the performance problems you reported with the software? I'm asking because I'm planning to purchase this software as well but want to be sure it is working as advertised, before I make the payment. Thanks in advance.
At this point Rob has not responded to my emails and blocked me on his IM since Friday. At that time I asked for a partial refund, or for him to supply me with traffic to reinburse me for what I paid.
The software has not done anything close to what was reported. I have run 3 different copies on two different servers, using his exact instructions. After running it all weekend I might have seen 5-10 visitors and its possible that they came from another source.
This is the last word I have had from him on the 24th

I almost made a payment today - thank you for saving me the money. I almost broke 1 of my golden rules to never pay by Western Union for a software or service. Rob sounded like nice guy, but seems like he knew the software stopped working (before he started selling it). Maybe that's why he "decided" to sell it. I would call that a simple scam. I would understand if he said: sorry guys but I need to fix the software first and then accept the payment, but yesterday - at the time you made your last post, he still told me to send the payment. Today he was not responding me on ICQ either and then went offline

Let me tell you a bit about this Tool.
First of all, it took me almost a week to get $500 in Epassporte because of their lame rules of payment. Once I had the payment I lost $25 and I had only 475 left in my account.
Anyways here is a little info about Rob.

I never got any guarantee or anything from the very start. But anyways I bought this tool and from that day I been trying to get hold of Rob but I think I never got him online again.
I pm;d him many times and each time his wife was around and she told me Rob was out of town and will get to me when he is back. Well it has been 1 week and that 1 day never came. This tool basically does not work at all. First of all, it stops working after certain number of pm sent and 2ndly this tool has not sent me even a single visitor. It also disconnects and never connects again in some cases. But all in all this tool does not even work. 2 weeks I been running this over 100 PCs but not a single visitor that can't be.
Rob seemed a nice guy and I still hope he is someone good and not just someone who tried to get my $500 and then leave me in the blue.
I bought this tool after what Jon wrote. I thought this is some real deal and will do me some good. But it has not done anything good.
I can show you guys screenshots and payment details that I have made and chat logs in case you guys do not believe me and think I am just here trying to screw up the thread.
I would caution everyone to please and I repeat please not buy it as of yet.

I am very old member around Wicked Fire even though I do not post much I am always around the forums checking stuff.
Here is my update with Rob.
First of all I am a student and by no means a RICH guy that can just throw away 500 dollar like nothing. I added Rob to my msn messenger around 3 weeks ago or something. For around 1 week I asked him questions and concerns I had during that time he answered every question and he was online almost everytime. After a 3 days of talk to him I decided to buy the tool as this guy sounded nice and he was answering every question and I thought Jon also left a good comment on his tool this must be something special anyways long story short. I made a new epassporte account and I uploaded $500 into my account through my credit card, after the initial upload I had only $475 in my Epassporte and I told this to Rob that I cannot send exact 500 because Epassporte charged me $25. Rob's wife replied saying Rob is not here and she will give him a call, after 2 minutes she told me that it is fine I can make the payment and Rob will send the files as soon as he is back. Now I would say luck and intution did tell me that something was fishy but still I went for it, luckly Epassporte brought up a new rule that if you are a new member you cannot make a payment until 3-4 days. So I told Rob that I cant make payment because epasse states I have to have an account more than 3 days old to make payments.
He told me it is all cool and we can wait. 3 days passed and then I made the payment. At this time Rob kinda went offline for a while and then he told me that he is having connection problems and he will soon upload the files to his server and then send me the links. I trusted him and I said ok that is all good. Anyways after few hours he sent me the links to download the files.
I got the program and everything around 400MB in size all together. I extracted all the files and I started the program. Now I had no idea how it works so I had to test it before I could come to any conclusion. I loaded the bots, the user names and urls I wanted to get traffic to. I ran it for 2 days. NOTHING HAPPENED.
First of all the bots would connect for a while and then disconnect and never connect anyways I got around to it. But after that it would disconnect and connect and continue sending PMz that is what it showed in the status bar. All good till this stage but then after 4 hours of running it or something I noticed that the program says bot disconnected but the status was still showing that the PMs were sent to members. Anyways I knew something was wrong. So I talked to Rob and he tried to help me but nothing happened and again I had to find a way to get over with it.
My solution was to run the tool as long as it run and when it stops working close it and then load another list and continue from that list as I did not have time to delete user names that already got the PM.
Anyways after few days of doing this I got fed up and I decided to run it across my network that I and a friend of my own. Approx 50 PCs all windows and we rented few for testing. Anyways we ran these tools for a day or two and guess what NOT A SINGLE visitor or anything to any of the urls.
I then PMd Rob about this over MSN. Again his wife told me Rob was out of town and he will be back in a day. Now that was last week and now it has been almost 8 days and no update from Rob. He is never online on msn or yahoo. And I have not gotten any replies from him.
I thought he was a real nice guy but I think I lost my $500 which I had saved for other issues. I hate when this happens and this was paid through my credit card which I have to pay later.
And as I read this thread people say that they been getting updates and talking to Rob well I have not seen Rob online from 2 weeks now and he has not provided me any updates or whatsoever. Those of you that got the updates you must be lucky ones that Rob still has on his list.
Lastly, Rob has provided an Account Creation Software which requires a CODE to use it.
I feel I am robbed because I am not a rich guy and it was hard earned money and now I will have to pay it back..
Rob at least a partial refund wouldnt hurt as this tool of yours does not work at all..

Conquistador, try to contact him on ICQ - I spoke to him 2 days ago and saw him online yesterday aswell. I was trying to get his explanation about the negative comments but what he answered didn't change my mind to purchase the software. He told me that he did everything he could to help the customers who purchased his software, to make it work, but I'm not sure about the outcome of it. I guess it means that if you as the customer or Rob himself is not able to make the software work on your side, then he cannot do anything about it. In my opinion there are only 2 options with any software - either it works or it doesn't. Appearently this software doesn't work anymore. Maybe it did work last year when Rob was selling the traffic packages, but seems like it stopped working or the performance of the software is very limited now, and that's why he decided to sell the software. That's just my opinion. I would still be interested in purchasing the software if Rob was able to prove me the software still works.
Btw I'm new to Wickedfire but posting replies on this forum is really pain in the ass and I'm getting sick of this manual approval of each and every message posted and I'm here only 1 week. (2 out of 3 of my replies get either deleted or are not posted at all so I need to repost them over and over again and still they are not posted right away). Well, I bought this software also. I got it sometime last week. I am working on running it. I have one VPS up and running and would like to get some more going. I would like to know what issues you people are having. I had a couple but through standard trial and error got things going. The program ran all night and sent about 80K IMS for me. I will keep everyone updated as to how things are going. I am going to purchase 10 more VPS this weekend or sometime next week and see if I can generate traffic.
One thing I would like to mention is not everything is going to work. You have to run this program most likely alot to see a return. I mean first of most of the people are not online. Hell some of the accounts in YIM probally never get logged into anymore.
I think it is still a good program and will be good for what I am using it for. I need to add analytics to my site. Also pick your offers wisely that you are running on it. The reason I say that is because remember you are not targeting a certain demographic. It is sending it to everyone.

Try tracking the software. I had G Analytics running on 2 different VPS. I ran it around the clock and sent out 100k's over the last week. Nothing came back in. Try running a test with your name in it. Some times it works some times it doesnt and it skips.
If you have better luck with it please share because I would still like to try and get some value form this purchase.

Rob, I know you're reading this. Either make good with the customers who are unhappy, or risk having all of your information posted here, and being dubbed as a scammer.
Your choice. We gave you the benefit of the doubt, and if there is one thing we DO NOT tolerate here, it's scammers who use their credibility to prey on people. You should know that already.
It seems like a scam so far... but, I still have faith in Rob because I don't think he's foolish enough to fuck with us or our members. Even though sales like these are done at YOUR OWN RISK, I take personal offense when someone tries to fuck over people on my forum. I really hope that's not the case here, because if it is, I will personally get involved and hunt down all of your information, post it, and make sure that if you ever apply for a job, they will find out what you did here, and think twice about hiring you. It happened with Chris Lingle already, and I don't mind seeing it happen with someone else here again.

PS - Not only was Lingle's rep destroyed on this forum, and within the industry, but he was also blacklisted, and banned from just about every ad network he attempted to join, all because of their loyalty to WickedFire, and because people in the industry know that you have to do some pretty fucked up shit to get onto our bad side. I'd recommend you take care of this immediately.

I know the owners of Epassporte, and if necessary, will work with them to deliver Rob's information and forward it to the FBI. Some friends at Yahoo would also love to get their hands on this sorta stuff, but I'm not a rat like that, so the most I can do is provide you with the option to get in touch with them, but at the same time, you do risk being banned from using Yahoo's messenger and email services for life (not such a bad deal).
