So you took a graphics file, chopped it up, and thought you could use the resulting html code for a real website? What made you think that would be a good idea?
Definitely learn about CSS and table-free designs. Also learn a bit about designing a UI. The site is too damned busy and flashy. Your text is clumped together without letter-spacing, line-height adjustments, or padding.
Despite SEO being on the top of your service list, I see no evidence that you have any idea how to SEO a website. There is not a single header tag in your code and your titles are convoluted and identical on every page of your site.
Sorry, but I don't have time to break this site down any further. I suggest starting over from scratch.
