I use Google analytics. I also have a small network of (white hat) sites, which I'm interlinking with one way links for link juice. Will placing analytics code from the same Google account affect the strength of the links?

I'm guessing there is no way to know for sure unless some serious testing is done, but I'd still like to hear some opinions/responses.

How about this. You could get away with it, yeah. It's not technically against the rules so long as they have links outside of their little network, and have unique/good content.. But the rules constantly change.
So don't give google any more information than you have to.

I have had some interesting results on my 'network' of related sites. They are all white hat, and hosted on different servers (different IPs). I have about 5 total in this niche, ranging from PR4-6, and about 15k uniques throughout the whole network.

When I place a link to a new site, it almost appears the link is disregarded. I have tried some revelant, uncompetitive terms in the the anchor text and still the site appears to be ignored. If I used some other form of link building along with my own links, the site eventually pulls through and ranks properly. It is possible the site is going supplemental, and the 'outside' links were enough to pull it out; or Google isn't properly passing trust between my network links.

I am curious to hear your results.....

I also want to note this didn't actually happened until about the 4th site, as the 2nd and 3rd instantly ranked well....(all used Google Analytics)

I don't do site networks, just standalone websites. Sometimes I link one way, sometimes no. I really don't have much to add to the specific question posed by the OP.

However, I'd like to throw adsense into the mix. You guys are asking about analytics and that's great. But adsense is more than likely a common footprint between your sites as well.

When replying please state whether your site uses Analytics && || Adsense

Nope, just analytics. I was thinking about doing a test, but there are just way too many variables that could affect the ranking, and besides, links don't immediately affect a website's position in the SERPs, and considering how I've only been adding links in the past month, it may just be a matter of time before the changes will kick in, if any were to occur.

i ve heard good things about the analytics software mint.
i would try a third party analytics, so you dont have to give google all of you info. i think mint is pretty cheap
