Do you hear this, douchefucks that need to start a new thread every time they can't get a hard on?

Yes, Mike says to email him! wow what a fuckin revelation it must be for you.

Who would have fucking thought that you can email mike eh!

Mike has handled this like a pro but sometimes networks do need a reminder, especially if some of the affiliate managers aren't doing their job.

I have done a lot of business with copeac and a few times there have been things that didn't sit right with me but almost every time they were simply a cause of miscommunication between my AM and myself. In all of these circumstances Copeac has made it right somehow and a post here wasn't necessary as it almost never is. If your AM has run out of answers ask to speak to Danny and 9 out of 10 times he will make it right as long as the error etc is on their side and you aren't doing shady shit. In the rare instance that your gripe is legit and he isn't able to help you then you can easily email or PM Mike here as he's always around. A thread here should be your last resort if all else fails but most people make these threads way too quickly when something could have been handled quickly and easily if only they tried to speak with management rather than posting here.

Just to clarify, please read these extracts from my previous posts...

I send another email back trying to clarify my understanding of the situation and ask if anything can be done about it. No response, so I email again and still no response.
thanks to Mike for sorting it out quickly, if I'd have known he was the guy to speak to I would've gone directly rather than posting here.
