I had that happen to me @ a $500 loss. Turns out if the offer is limited to a certain country, and the traffic comes from another country, they redirect to webfetti.
It's a bullshit policy, my old idiot AM took 3-4 days to find the answer to that one. I lost $500 on it, which they balked at paying.
But that's ok, I've since found Geoff at Adv@liant and Smaxor at Ads4D0ugh. If you want to avoid this shit, the links are below!
You would then just re-direct the page to your affiliate url with the sub-id in it. You just need each AD to redirect to a different 'fake' page, so once approved, you just change it to re-direct to which ever sub-id you need.
How is it the network's fault that you didn't send the correct traffic? NBA states the allowed countries for each offer, and is quite clear in doing so. They are actually doing you a favor by re-directing the non-correct traffic to another offer, so you may still get some leads. NBA was right in not reimbursing your ad spend, you were wrong in this case.
Well isn't this obvious? If you send traffic from anything other than the accepted countries then you're not getting paid.
The only time I can see this being an issue if there are different offers for different countries and you sent all traffic to one thinking it would default to the other if wrong country...
Dumb fuck, it was US traffic per Goog. The campaign was setup properly. Was totally not my fault and the time it took my AM to figure out the reason is what cost me $500. The campaign was paused and I recreated a new one, exactly the same. Never had the issue again.
Get back to your shitty little network and leave the big boys alone!

2) Even your explanation doesn't back up the reason for them to reimburse you. You said that they didn't want to pay for traffic no supported by that offer. Who the fuck cares if it is US traffic, not every single offer supports US traffic; yours probably didn't. Douche.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend refuting any further, since your initial post makes you seem as a douche with $500 in his pocket that just put up his first campaign ever.
I have to agree with ROIShare. If you're too stupid to realize that Neverblue CLEARLY states which countries they'll accept traffic from, you definitely deserved to have lost that money.

but, i figured out a way around it (based on suggestions above).
i made a quick script that redirects to another url and submitted that to facebook. i then made it redirect to a legit page that can be seen in the US. then when the ad was approved...i changed it to redirect to my UK campaign. i also made the script grab the SUBid and append it to the redirect link so SUBid's work.
if you want the script. PM me and ill send it over. should be pretty easy to make though.

2. The traffic issue above happened when I first started in PPC, and the traffic was supposed to be US only. It took 3 days for my AM to tell me the reason, so yes, had he known what he was doing, I wouldn't have sent $500 in traffic, so yes, it's their fault. Traffic per Goog was United States targeted, no other. But whatever, $500 is simply a night's bar tab, as others on this board can attest about me...

1) Read your initial post once again. You are acussing a legitimate network of not reimburing you for your stupid mistake. It doesn't matter if you were a newbie when it happened or not. You still believe you should have gotten reimburse, so guess what. You are the fucking SCAMMER.
