Neverblue is Down??

The reporting wasn't working all day,and now it looks like their database is down completely, you can't even log in.

If I was running big campaigns through them I would be pretty pissed, there is no communication whatsoever from them about this.

I got an email 3 hours ago from them that I included below.

Please be advised that stats are currently delayed, but tracking is not affected and will be up to date shortly.

But I didn't look into it any further because I'm not running any traffic with them.

The stats in admin were down for a sec, but it's back up and all the conversions from the traffic sent during that time look normal.
