Neverblue report issues

Hey guys,

I've been experiencing some issues with neverblue's reports.

Firstly they have had an announcement pop up from time to time that stats are delayed due to maintenance. I didn't notice this at first, so I emailed my AM and she said that she has spoken to the Tech guys and there have been no issues.

Just before i got her reply however, I noticed there was an announcement saying stats are delayed. So i'm thinking she may be clueless or they're experiencing issues and trying to hide it.

Secondly - My stats are going backwards. I've had some campaigns run today through a few different sources and the figures not only don't match up (could be due to the delay) but also they're reversing. I've had campaigns disappear completely, and also show fewer clicks than they have had the previous hour.

Is anyone else with neverblue? If so, are you seeing the same thing and is this normal?
 


I've noticed a decrease in conversion with my Jamster campaign. Even though now I am surprised to see that NB suddenly isn't having the Jamster campaign anymore.. Don't know what's going on there
 
My stats seem ok this morning. I have had that "maintenance" issue before, though. Last time it happened, I called my AM to see when reporting would be back and they had no idea what I was talking about.

I'm guessing the IT people and the AM's probably don't communicate very much.
 
ive seen that warning before...but it usually goes away within 10 minutes...havent experienced any of the other problems though. if your numbers are going in reverse there's definitely something wrong.

my numbers always match up with them though.
 
I've paused my campaigns running through neverblue until i at least see the traffic I've sent them or get some sort of answer..
 
i've seen the delayed stats thing sometimes. nothing to worry about there....

but if you see your # of hits or conversions dropping at certain points in the day that's obviously something to worry about. overall i don't have any worries about their stats reporting based on what i've seen...
 
Off-topic: did anyone already received a payment this end of this month? I´ve been noticed that NB has sent the payment on 26th of December but nothing received yet at my end.
 
Not sure how you guys are having problems, everything is working fine. Payments are on time.

The message you see sometimes is just them updating stuff and usually only lasts a couple minutes. As far as comparing stats just remember NeverBlue is 3 hours behind Eastern Time Zone so take that into consideration too.

May I ask you when you have received the payment of this month? I am on bi-weekly and haven't received it yet yesterday/today.

What are the terms for biweekly payouts for international publishers?I mean how much weekly revenue must be accumulated before a payout?Thank Q.:banana_sml:
 
From last 2 days my volume was down with NVB may be due to holidays and nobody is sitting before computer to click on my ads. Its fine today, reporting is also similar with my prosper202.
