Hey Everybody sorry about the confusion, here is the deal from PR:



As of June 1st 2008, there will be two dedicated departments working for you to help you get the most out of your advertising efforts. We have restructured NeverblueAds’ Client Service Department to increase the quality of service we are able to provide, while assisting you to continuously grow your business.


Historically, NeverblueAds would just show your Affiliate Manager’s contact info when you logged into your account. Now you’ll see two contact information boxes: your Affiliate Manager, under Contact Us; and your new Business Development Manager, under the Business Development label.



Your Affiliate Manager, now part of the Client Service Department, will remain your primary contact and support your day-to-day inquiries as usual. If your Affiliate Manager is away or you are unable to reach them, you are encouraged to contact the out-of-office contact specified in your Affiliate Managers return emails and voice mails.


The Business Development Department is an extra team that can help you to move your business forward. Your Business Development Manager should be contacted if there is an offer that NeverblueAds is not currently offering or an opportunity for growth you wish to pursue.
