You really are not making much sense. Perhaps this is why you got that response from them? I don't know, I've never had anything but good experiences dealing with them (with the exception of the reporting being off for a few hours at a time), and Scott in particular as he's my AM.

Ask them questions about offers you are looking at. Like "How's this offer doing on your network?" or I have this type of traffic, do you have anything converting great on the network with said type of traffic?
That will save you some time and money by avoiding some crappy offer you might have ran.

Just keep watching U.S. programs and your English should pick up enough to be understood easily. Listen for the way that they construct sentences and certain word usage.
Or, if you want to learn International Standardised English, Neighbours is a (rather crappy) soap opera that gets used to teach English all around the world. You just have to get used to the non-American accent...

Compared to other networks such as Copeac and MaxBounty, NBA's support is quite bad. About 1 in 4 of my emails are answered. If I don't get an answer within 2 working days, I usually send a reminder, so I get a reply eventually. It feels like they're understaffed and giving priority to affiliates with substantial traffic. Their support may suck, but their variety of offers and their good interface make up for it.

i got a nice AM over there but nba seem to be on the quiet (sometimes unresponsive) side compared to other networks..
my guess is that they are giving all the attention to the $2k+ guys ?
I'm very curious as to what types of questions some of you ask these affiliate managers and networks.
I've had an awesome experience working with Neverblueads but hey they must just love the 10 cents I push a day through their network so much that I get special treatment.

I think you should really try to understand more about what a country is before trying to comment on it.
I think that your pretty pissed about the fact that you haven't been able to make any serious nickel and your trying to vent your frustration by starting threads like this.
