Maybe they are trying not to be pushy? I really can't stand pushy AMs. It might just be my personality but my attitude is 'back off, if I have a question, i'll ask' which is why I do well with NB. My AM seems to understand that.
LOL so you're pissed because they won't teach you to affiliate market? Dude... that's what this forum is for. The AM's job is to find you good campaigns, not to fucking hold your hand.
NeverblueAds does not outsource any publisher relations or communications. All communications come from our office in Victoria BC Canda. We try to service our publisher base as effectively and efficiently as possible. We appologize if any publishers have recieved unsatisfactory service or delayed response in the past. We strive to respond to all inquires as prompt as possible.
I just sent a e-mail through their communications page just to see if e-mail contact was as bad as I am hearing here (I usually just call), less than 10 mins had a response.....Cant knock em for that. Mabey I just got lucky with my AM or my timing. What I did notice is that the response went to my junk folder.
After signing up, it took about a week or two for them to get back to me to confirm my account. I missed the call, so I called Tina back yesterday, no answer. Called her today, no answer. Left a message this time, but no response.

OlegBkk they don't waste time with people who cant perform. Believe me I am with them and from the first week they have been really good. I do not think there are any indian working there. Most are white guys or chics from Thailand.
As for the Indian bit, i will be really careful as they know what they are doing in the AM world. They are making millions and apparently (according to CNN, MSN, Forbes and NY times) there are more Indian millionaires in USD popping up per capita than any other country in the world. Also I might be careful as one of the moderators on this forum is from India and he meet wouldn't like your tone.
Any ways if I was you, I will be joining some other network and stop bitching about NBA. They have thousands of affiliates and hundreds of top performers so your say doesn't really count. You know what Americans believe in right? Majority counts and from what I see, you are a minority and just a hater.

well just yesterday (26 hrs ago) you said it has been 24 hrs. what time zone are you in? Anyway it probably went to your junk folder.....get on aim and look them up if for some reason you cant get a email response or someone on the phone. If you feel they treat you bad then say fuck em and dont give them any of your traffic, when they realize you pulled your campaigns from them they will contact you....when they do tell them how you feel and if they want your traffic back they need to earn it.
