How willing are you to deal with a new affiliate network if the network has what seems to be good offers with top notch pricing?

Be careful. New networks will typically have a more difficult time attracting exclusive offers which have the highest payout comparitavely. Not saying it can't be done, but be sure to shop around to make sure the offers are as good as you think they are. Also, cash flow can be a big issue with startup networks. Make sure they are able to pay you for your work even if their advertiser stiffs them, their basement floods or whatever. My $0.02

Be wary of high payouts on offers on new networks. If it looks to be good to be true it is. I've seen them broker offers through another network where they get a lower payout then offer the higher payout by just scrubbing so your EPC is still equivalent to a lower payout.

^^ what he said.

If you want to know if their payouts are in line check out offer vault

Offer Vault and similar sites only tell part of the story though. Plenty of networks that inflate their price to make sure they come out on top on engines like this while relinquishing on other essential factors (aff support) and compensate for these inflated prices through shaving a little bit off the volume.

Payouts are something, but not everything. And if a network doesn't pay out, payouts are worth nothing.
