New ebay site with PHPbay pro

nice site. i bought phpbay for wordpress the other day and should be working on a site shortly.

did you have to change the link structure in the script now that CJ no longer handles ebay and they brought their affiliate program in house??

I'm pretty sure phpbay updated for their in house program.
 
Nice and clean looking! Can a total idiot do as nice a job as this, cuz I happen to know one really well.

I've been on the fence between PHP Bay and Bans and it seems like a split decision, though I am leaning towards this one.

How much time do you have on this one so far, and how much is involved in the way the listings appear? I'd like to have the "ending soonest" show up to get hopefully more clicks.

you can get the most recent version of PHPbay and it will work with ebay partner network (in house) that's what i have.

I spent maybe 4 hours so far, but most of that time was spent tweaking the theme i choose (colors, header, logos, etc)

Lmaking an actual listing is really. You just insert this code:
[ phpbay] keyword here, # results, item category #, excluded words[ /phpbay] and it shows the results. Really easy. so i did one of those for each page for a different item.

And yes, i show ending soonest as my option.

Lots more advanced options too.

Question, though: are you allowed to use Ebay's logo in your header like that?
 
Are you able to customise the text on each page, ie add more text/content to help get search traffic?

I too am tossing up between PHP Bay and Bans. Bans seems more flexible but maybe there's not really that much difference.

yeah, i can put whatever i want there, in fact, i just started adding text to all the auction pages, check back now.

I just put up the site yesterday, still working on adding content
