I've read that your facebook "quality score" is determined by the impressions at the beginning of a campaign. Has anyone determined if good result's in CPM will lower the CPC cost's, and vice versa? I'm assuming not, but if so I could definitely transition some -ROI campaigns into +ROI ones.
 
any ip list anyone has isn't going to work.

I have a list of 3 colo's they just purchased that i know of. Plus a few international hosting servers they seem to review from.

not to mention affiliates@facebook monitors this thread so fb knows you guys are doing this and are making the necessary changes to battle it..
