The issue was not caused by us but by Plimus.

I do not see how you can measure our service by the fact that Plimus Declined your other multiple times.

We have many return customers, who do not have such issues, so there must be a reason Plimus doesn't like your order information, when we checked they canceled your Order multiple times becouse of non-matching information.
