New(?) PayPal policy about virtual services



I always send my payments for 'goods'.

When I have to dispute a service I just write in non descript terms like, package hasnt arrived yet.

Never lost a dispute.

Ditto. Makes me a tad worried about ever possibly having to explain it to the IRS. Not that I evade taxes or anything, but it would just be strange to explain I imagine.
 
The other day, for some reason, I had a payment to my paypal for £800, which got disputed pretty much immediately, as fraudulent. The weird thing is, I haven't sold anything in over a year...
