MAN THE FUCK UP.

You can't think of a niche? You don't know what to do? Are we supposed to fucking tell you to make a site about window blinds or carpets???

You haven't got a penny to invest? STFU with that lame ass excuse. Mow lawns or clean windows if you have to and make some $ and get out of this 'cannot' 'do not' attitude or you won't last long in this industry.

Lastly, you choose the shittiest domain registrar/host out there - GoDaddy? Read their reviews here, there's loads of threads about them. I recommend Namecheap.

Good luck.

Don't worry about asking questions, its how humans learn. Pm me if you are afraid of asking something.

Oh and DO NOT go with godaddy. $8 extra for a namecheap domain could save you the $75 cost of a spam report from godaddy. Godaddy are well known for milking money from you and all round douchey tactics.

I've heard good things about hostgator but personally I have a reseller plan at semoweb and its good.

Alright. Guess i'll have to try and fail to get started. Thanks for answering my question guys :)

Go with Namecheap for the domain. As for hosting, Zensix has really cheap shared hosting starting at like 9 bucks a year. As for the niche, you said you like gaming just pick a game you like or a new game coming out and run with it, even if you don't bank hard on it you WILL learn from the experience of just fucking doing something.

Also nothing too terribly wrong with starting out with free hosting, just don't be shocked if it gets nixed and if it doesn't you can always keep it and use it later for linking purposes.

CClind, in your example of a game site, or a new game coming out, i see your point exactly...would the monetizing be through adsense or affiliate marketing? I completely understand the typical answer would be "try both and see what works," but I just wanted to see what your opinion would be. Thanks
