New Years a coming, How I stopped being a fatty.

Try putting the fork down you fat fuck

Huff and puff 60 minutes 4 times a week.

I'm 5'9, 158 pounds, I used to weigh 190-195 pounds basically most of my life, until a few years ago when I decided to change my habits and routine.

Running 2 days a week.
Gym 2-3 days a week.
5-6 small meals a day, including fruits and vegetables.
Reduced quantity of meat, I eat meat around 2-3 times a week.
High protein, low carb ( oats for breakfast, wild rice for lunch, mostly )
Multivitamins + Fish oil + Whey protein

What I do at the gym:
Squats
Bench presses
Bent-Over Rows
Overhead Barbell Presses
Deadlifts
Barbell Curls
Pull ups
Dips

I've been able to keep my weight constant over the years, and even had a visible six pack around 80% of the time.
I'm posting this because it worked for me and it's pretty basic.

I did myfitnesspal with some friends. It's a little social competition and I lost 25 lbs in 3 months just fucking around and monitoring calorie intake. It works if you can discipline yourself. More fun competing with friends. I've been able to maintain through the last 3 months only because I've changed my eating habits. It's all good. The first month can be discouraging, but stick with it because your body adjusts and you start dropping the lbs. STAY AWAY FROM CARBS. The whole deal is to shrink your stomach so you don't need to fill it at every meal. After a while, you'll feel like eating less.

True story.

Impressed, a nice change there. You going for a bulk brah? I was 5'10", 160 lb a while back. Changed around a bit and trying to get the 170lb, 10%bf perfected. Give me maybe another few months and it should be pretty much nailed.

I take it you know that eating 5-6 meals a day doesn't make you lose extra weight or anything? It's mainly for those who can't physically fit a whole meal into themselves. I'm guessing you know that though because with the amount of cardio + gym you do, you must be eating quite a lot.

Why low carb?

EDIT:
STAY AWAY FROM CARBS.
Also why low carb brah? High protein yes, low carbs no. You need some energy for fapping.
