Yeah, kinda need to know your need / budget before making a suggestion.
If you need something cheap, shared will usually do.

I'm having issues on my host gator...I have better luck on my unlimited accounts on BlueHost and JustHost...I have a sign up deal with free advertising $$ etc. for JustHost, pm me and I'll send you my link...

It sounds like you need shared, or virtual web hosting.

Hit me up and I'll take care of you, and migrate your sites over.

Hosgator has been heavily advertised, many back them, -- But the 1 actual true in person I.M I know said they they were pants.

Maybe this is because he demands a shit load more than norma lrequirements ? Yeah

But for a newbiee?

Hostgators sucks. For shared: Lunarpages used to be my favorite, haven't used them in ages, but I have friends with them that still love 'em. VPS: don't know anymore, I've used Knownhost and Servint. Both started out okay, then really went to shit. Dedi: Liquidweb. LOVE Liquidweb.

It sounds like you need a reliable web host
that will allow you to host your 5 websites
while paying for one.

if so,PM me for some ideas

Yeah, Hostgator is too slow. Just moved several sites from 2 different shared accounts there, and am trying to learn my way around a new VPS with JaguarPC. Their support is good so far though.

I still have a shared hosting account with Hostmonster that has been trouble free for the 10 sites I have there.

I just researched prices on justhost.com, if you bail from the payment page twice you get 20% then 50% off exit pop offers. Bringing basic shared hosting down to $2.95/mo @ 24 mo term

I have to say go with HostGator. I've used several hosting including free ones (I know don't say it) and HostGator is just better, well at least for what I needed. iPage is OK, but just OK.

OP - What you need will depend more on your volume of traffic / bandwidth, rather than the # of sites you have.

After the technical requirements, the most important thing to look for is good customer service... If your sites go down at 1AM and you're running paid traffic, you want to be able to get somebody on the phone who knows what he's doing and can fix your problem quickly.
