I've built up my site and just wrote an article that's rich with the keywords I'm trying to target. I'm going to start backlinking soon.

What tool do I use to monitor my ranking for those keywords?

This might sound like a stupid question but I think its important.

Should I "no follow" internal links in my site?
What would be the best way to make sure your link juices are flowing around.
