Noob here. Question for you experienced WF users. Im in the beat selling business.(instrumentals) to artists/rappers. Other producers and critics have advised me to get in the movie scoring ind. I decide to implement both. Knowin that there are TRIkLIons of you tube users out there in search of royalty free music, I would like to attract that particular customer over to my site where I have a catalog of beats/instrumentals. Basically have an unpopular niche that I want to take advantage of. whats yhe best way to start this off?

Make your homework, grab all contiguous niches and explore what can you do there. Post a lot of content in these niches. And every keyword you can find in your unpopular niche, write an article for each. If this niche is really unpopular, you'll soon be in the first places.
