All our keywords must pass numerous filters and have the following characteristics (according to Google Adwords Keyword Tool):

at least 1,300 exact US searches per month
at least $0.80 CPC
low competition
EMD available (.com, .org or .net)
no dashes in domain name
no trademarks/brand names in domain name

For each site ordered we deliver 2 or more keyword suggestions so you can choose one you like the most. All keyword suggestions will come with competition analysis report and all suggestions will fully pass our filters.

IMPORTANT!
I've seen many service providers around doing the same mistake in first steps - lousy keyword research. I can't emphasise the importance of a quality keyword research! What about a domain name?
Domain names can be purchased by you or by us. If we purchase the domain name we will charge additional $10 per site and register it at one of the following domain name registrars: Name.com, Namecheap.com or InternetBS.net. You can choose who buys the domain on the Checkout page.


Is Adsense/Amazon account mandatory?
To monetize these sites with Adsense / Amazon you will have to have accounts there. However, you can get approved for those accounts using our site if you don't have an account yet. In that case we will simply build the site without ads first which you can use for application and once you get approved we will update your ad codes.


Are there any other prerequisites?
You will have to have your own hosting to run these sites.

i purchased an Adsense niche site from JohnDefoe to test out his service. Shortly after making my purchase, I received four keywords to choose from. All of the keywords were pretty good, receiving anywhere between 1200-3600 exact match searches a month and low competition. Two of the keywords really stood out.

I made my KW selection, registered the domain, and sent the login details to JohnDefoe. JohnDefoe quickly got to work and had the site up in no time. Throughout the process JohnDefoe was very responsive and provided detailed directions where necessary.

The website was finished within just a few days. The quality of the articles was actually quite good. The three articles provided with the website beat the pants off most of the content providers that I have tried at Wicked Fire (charging 1-2.5 USD per 100 words).

Once the website was built, JohnDefoe began the backlinking campaign. It is too early to say what the end result of JohnDefoe's SEO will be, but I am confident that I will be able to hit the first page of Google with this KW and related KWs.

All and all, I am very pleased with this service and plan to purchase additional sites next month. I think it is an easy way to add smaller niche sites to my portfolio. Those that are profitable I can build out into larger authority sites to make more money.

I also recommended this service to my IM newbie friend and he has purchased a package.

Hi,

usually it isn't, this is actually new to me. Our orders are handled by Plimus (and Paypal if you pay with Paypal) and sometimes they request additional checks, which is a pain in the ass, I know, but we can't change it.

Until now, I got no notice about your order too, but I checked it through the order ID you provided and I see it has a status '*** This order is pending Plimus review ***'. Usually they do that in case they find a mismatch in Paypal name and the name you provided, or address mismatch, etc. I guess they want to be sure and avoid frauds, which are not rare.

I'll contact Plimus with your Order ID to see what' happening.
