When I saw it on reddit my first thought when seeing the before pic was "shomoney had cancer?" then "nope it's cakes"
 
I've just been amused at his domination of the front page (and first position) of Imgur for all the latter part of today. (Amused at the comments as well)

Testicular Cancer FEAR is why I removed the Roll Out Keyboard Tray from my ALL my Computer Desks.

Jacking off to Porn and having my balls Bang'n against the edge of the trays was not only painful but could have caused Testicular Cancer. (Hope I removed them in time. lol)

I myself have been fighting BOTH idiot Doctors and Basil Cell Skin Cancer for the last year now and it's still not over.

Being Fair Complected and having lived most of my life in Hawaii & Florida have taken it's toll on me.

I've had 3 friends I know/knew die from Skin Cancer in the last 5 years, so I'm not taking this shit lightly.
