No C2M AM could be reached today on AIM even though they are online?



did you send me a message? I had about 20 blinking lights earlier. I know the whole team is online today.

I IMed Ruck two days in a row with the same message...straightforward question/no response.

I know you're busy Ruck as I've met you at ASE and you had one of the busiest booths to go around. But if I can't reach my AM or you..guess I'm shit outta luck.
 
I don't know why people just don't pick up the damn phone and call. Is it that hard? I don't think i've ever sent an email to an AM about anything that would make me want to post hardcore on a forum if they don't reply in 2 seconds.
 
Tips on contacting an am:

1)Have a REAL question ready
2)Make the awnser simple
3)IM/Phone
4)Be PERSISTANT

They have hundreds of people IMing them bullshit all day (I assume)
So make it quick and count, anything serious phone for sure.

I'm sorry - but that's horrible. AM's should answer any contact methods. I always answer AIM's, but I can be backlogged with emails. I've never had a problem contacting Ruck or C2M, but I'm in <3 with them.
