Non-Shady Email Submit Advertisers?

I find it really amazing that the only people that I deal with that I can never get along with is the email submit advertisers. Long term relationships in this industry are the best ones to have, but these email submit guys just don't allow for that.

I've got my own internal campaign, and several high quality affiliates -- just sick of getting scrubbed to death on quality traffic. I'm looking to develop my own offers, just don't have the time right now.

I'm naive and idealistic, what can I say. When I say "shady" I'm not just talking about advertiser scrubbing -- aside from that it's moreso the people behind the offers that're disgusting me.

The biggest problem (at least for me) to run your own submits is finding the so called "platinum", "silver", and "gold" incentivized cpa offers. Very few are available through affiliate networks and I believe most of them require direct relationship with the advertiser. Is there a one stop shop for these type of offers?
