im a noob and im just getting started . i just got a few domains and put absence on my site.i put a bunch of content about project payday on it and submitted my url to all the big search engines google ,yahoo etc .after im done with with this site im going to work on my other sites.i just want some ideas on "what are the best affiliate programs people are using " and other web sites i can make to generate income .

It really depends on what your site content is, make sure your offers are relevant to your content on your website? What affiliate programs are good is to general, I mean u could be talking about race cars, so put racecar affiliate prducts on it or something, find some programs releveant to ur website.
There isn't really one "best" program, I'd use a different approach: Do you have any knowledge or interest in a certain niche ? Build a site around it, fill it with content use adsense and look for programs offering useful products/whatever in your niche.
Starting off as a total noob can be frustrating, it takes time to see results, so for the very start, pick something you have some personal interest in, makes it alot easier and more motivating. Monetizing what you already have is never wrong, you can start to diversify later on.
Drop the multi level marketing sheme, don't go for something as competitive and psychologically sophisticated (if done well and providing real value) as "become rich with internet marketing".

good job on getting started. follow your stats and watch for new trends. once you get started, advancing or shifting becomes easier and can be done quickly. getting your feet wet though helps you find the niches. once you have a decent site set up, submit it and apply to all the affiliates... then you can choose which one you want when you need it. once you sign up you will also get more ideas as new sites show up daily.

That is a very general question. There are thousands and thousands of affiliate programs out there. And thousands are making good money off of them.
