Another one from Long Island, here - the NYC202 meetups have been good, but there's only been like 3 or 4 official ones in the past year (and been in places that have been a hike for people who don't live in the city)

For people that would have to travel from LI, would you prefer something that was high value or more casual? ie. talk about tactics, or just casual chatter over drinks? Or, figure out how to do both.

Does it have to be some network sponsored event? or do you want a few guys to meet up for drinks or something? Because it doesn't take that much planning to meetup at a bar and bullshit.

Whoever is planning it, I suggest they hit up Jon and get his ok before posting it on the forum.
