Not only that, but their reasoning makes no sense at all. They don't want to produce propaganda, and yet leave bodies in the compound? And if they weren't going to take and release photos, then why risk Navy seals to go in at all? Why not just bomb the place and scrape DNA off of the rubble?

I never gave 2 shits about a birth-certificate, but this is straight up BS.

here are some FACTS:

Osama was on dialysis for serious kidney disease all the way back in 2001, he was being treated in a Pakistani hospital in serious condition.. this was even reported by French newspapers but yet there was no attempt to apprehend him.

His kidney disease was so severe he needed to buy a portable dialysis machine

In about 2004 it looked like he aged 25 years in 3 years, his beard was almost completely grey (was dying quickly)

-My guess is he died soon after that video-

Next set of videos he looks like he's perfectly fine again, his beard is black without any greys and he admits to all the 9/11 attacks in which he had always previously denied. Many speculate these videos are fake for many reasons.

Now we have the official death of Bin Laden:

-Photos were released in several news agencies of his corpse. proven fakes, now blamed on conspiracy theorists.

-Whitehouse claims they still have the official death photos but wont release them

-All soldiers have cameras in their helmet which would have recorded video of Osamas death, also not released or ever spoken of.

-Osamas corpse was thrown out to sea within 24 hours of death to supposedly respect Islamic traditions (but yet Muslim scholars have said the dead are strictly to be buried unless no country will accept the body)

We searched for years for Suddam Hussein as well. And when we hung Saddam Hussein, there was almost no talk of conspiracy. Why? Because they released video of him hanging, and then put out a photo. All of it could have easily been faked, but the quick release of the media helped to squelch any conspiracy theories.

Now I'm not one calling BS on the death of OBL - I believe that he's dead. I'm just saying that the handling of it afterwards is total juvenile Bullshit.

I previously thought it absurd that so many people could be involved in an op like this and NOT kill OBL, but who knows now. This pan-Leninist doesn't give a fuck about the American people, he staged this whole thing to defibrillate his flatlining popularity and now plays games with the grief of an entire generation. People were rejoicing like idiots when they heard this news, I realized Obama simply went against every fiber of his being and actually did the right thing for once - but for what purpose? Now I'm wondering if he even did that.

I suppose it would be a beautiful symmetry if he staged this whole thing. Evil, diabolical, deceitful and dangerous, yes, but it would absolutely fit Obama's style. The man is nothing but a highly accomplished, professional liar.
 
^ If there was a conspiracy, people within the CIA and such could pull it off without Obama being involved, whereas there is no way he can stage something like this without help from them. A conspiracy here (or with 9/11) would go way beyond your usual left vs. right idiocy, which we all know is the angle you are viewing it from.

They are reporting 9 women and 23 children in the compound. Even if there hadn't been, looking for DNA among the rubble would have been a complicated operation and the US didn't have permission to be in the country.

The story is that the raid also allowed them to get out computers and such. The helicopter crash supposedly made it so they couldn't even fit Osama's youngest wife on, and she would have been a bigger priority than the dead bodies.

I say supposedly because the NY Times says there were 79 people on the assault team. They would already have been counting on having extra space to bring stuff back, so even with one helicopter down, I would think they could manage to go from 79 people to 80. It's not like going from 2 people on a bike to 3. Though I imagine her being hysterical and bleeding made things a lot more complicated.

I want to know why he was not taken alive if he was unarmed, dibetic, and on dialysis. He had no guards, was in the room with only his wife vs. 24 navy seals. Isn't it funny to watch our President and Government fuck with the minds of its citizens. I for one would rather the President of the worlds most powerful country not act like a 10 year old, playing mind games with the citizens regardless of how few in number they are.

I was never a 'birther' but as more and more news came out and reports that over 30% of the population called it into question I wonder why the President didn't just fucking show the thing and end it. It would only take one fucking phone call, and 5mins of his time to end MONTHS of negative news. Haha, he sure played us all like idiots.

This debate is so stupid, it's just a photo. It's the only thing they have been talking about on the news like all day.

I think the photo should be released, but I don't care really if the president doesn't want to, it's not a big deal.

Just look at what Reuters released of the other people in the compound. It would look like that, only it would look like Osama. END OF STORY.

I don't get why people are going crazy and having a huge debate about the photo.

I think it is very well done that they a) buried him at sea and b) will not release the pictures.

As for b - We are dealing with extremists who are still out to kill someone for a pretty lame cartoon that was published years ago. Publish a death picture of one of their leaders? Nonono, no, just no. Dumb move.

As for a - this was also done with the remains of the Nazi regime's leading fugures. They were cremated and dumped into a river somewhere in Germany. The reasoning behind this is to make it impossible for any place to become a shrine or pilgrimage place for their followers later.

Personally I did not at all believe they would release them, would be kind of morbid for the "president"/u.s government to release pictures of a guy who has been shot in the head, regardless of the circumstances, and its not like pictures prove anything regardless.

That was done in 1970. The remains were first buried in a forest in Germany, then reburied at a Russian base in Germany.

That's the dumbest excuse of them all. Like these people that already want to kill us are going to be like "hey, they didn't release the photo, I guess we can have tea together now!" - LOL Get real.

And besides, what's a photo of their hero going to stir up, that a bullet to his face hasn't already stirred up? That excuse is pure lame! But it's not surprising. It fits right in with his character of appeasing other Countries before his own.

I mean who cares really that this guy turned many of his victims into dust, without even a trace of DNA to bring some small form of closure to their families. I honestly don't care if I ever see the photos, but those families should have the right to see it if they so choose.
