Obama is going to fuck up the internet

Ok, I know for a fact (having spoken to a couple of guys there) that Google are gearing up to compete with the telecos. They already own more black fibre than any other company and for them these companies are their biggest competitors, and biggest threat to their business model.

Net-neutrality will end this decade.

lol, fair one.

But you could be forgiven for thinking that understates their ambition somewhat, or the threat that G perceives from the telecomms companies. Personally I think this issue will define the internet over the next decade and open up huge opportunity.
