Try calling them and getting a rain check for the deal.

I think half this forum has ordered that model from them, including myself.

Protip 1: Juice a gallon or more of juice every time you use the juicer and store all your juice in quart sized mason jars. Pour the juice into the jars up to the very top until a few drops overflow, and close the jar. There will be practically zero air in your juice, so it'll stay fresh for over a week.

Protip 2: There's no use in juicing apples. It's just sugar anyway and it goes bad pretty fast, so you're better off buying those 5 gallon jugs of Mott's apple juice and adding however much you want to your carrot/veggie juices. Seriously, apple juice has virtually no nutritional value, so juicing apples is just an easy way to waste your money.

Protip 3: Remember to stick your jars in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before you're ready to drink and it'll taste 10x better.

Protip 4: Clean your juicer immediately after you use it or you're in for a nightmare.
