I check today and all my keywords are "rarely shown due to low quality" and when I checked my landing page score is down to a 1 from a 7. Is this due to a manual review or is it automated?

It is what it is. So, I suggest going through your HTML, and properly using your terms. Use h1, h2, strong and href on your keywords.

Sounds like an automated hit, Google's system flags low relevance fast, which tanks your landing page score. Might be time for a quality overhaul.
