Im working out alot last 2 month''s and having a strikt diet with plenty of chicken, rice and spinach and protein.
Almost have the spartan body
Also I have energy like crazy being so healthy
I'm hope im not sounding like some raw food freak, but a tip is to make green smoothies:
1) spinach
2) banana
3) washed spinach leaves
4) strawberries
5) water
Throw everything in a blender and enjoy
really healthy stuff.
