What a dumb ass. So whats the point he finds a loop hole in the law he already knew it wasn't going to fly or he wouldn't have tried it. Its the same as carrying a gun (not concealed) on you hip. Yes its technically legal but the police don't like it so they give you a ticket for disturbing the peace.

To all the people bashing this guy, saying he is a troll or causing hassle. Yes he is causing hassle, but you perceive it that way because you are ignorant of what freedom really is. Most of you are young enough to not know what it was like before you were born and how people were treated. Fucking dumbest post of the year. Violence, let alone violence used on a bystander or unarmed/non dangerous person by the state is different then trying to press your luck against the limits of certain set rules in an otherwise peaceful setting.

Whenever there is change, a certain group of people will be pissed and try to test those limits imposed by the change, what you end up getting is people like this douche that wanted to make waves and end up getting arrested or looking like a fag in public.
Im all for your rights, just like I feel strongly that pedestrians have the right of way in traffic. However, that doesn't mean I test those limits with state/gov officials when police are doing 80 down a street chasing after a criminal and I try to step in front of them either. Point is, you have freedom to do these things, but it doesn't mean its wise or in your favor to do them.

Freedom is not trying to prove a point just to be acquitted of all charges after 2 years and hundreds of thousands in legal expenses is stupid. He already new how this was going to go down. He new he wasn't breaking the law but new that it wasn't allowed. I am all for civil rights and will do what ever I can to ensure we keep our rights in this country, but pick your battles. In a post 911 era the TSA is a no nonsense zone they dont have to put up with anyone's bullshit.
