One Man Show VS Partnerships

if i were to speculate, as i often do, id say that

shoe is big enough to have other percieved values for his employees.

He tests a lot of stuff, so it never comes to "ok now i know all i can learn from you"

His blog and what comes with his personal brand can't be easily duplicated

They are working in a group and no one knows exactly what the others do, just what they do. If you ever had a job job, you probably had a pretty good understanding of what the sales people did or the salary, or for that matter cleaning people did. Doesnt mean you could be handed a swab and trusted to clean an officebuilding. It's different when hiring a personal assistant kinda guy/girl who will do everything you should have done when you're playing battlefield: bad company 2, since that person would have complete knowledge of the whats and whys + a couple of profitable campaigns to start him off when going solo.

@ prince

I understand doing a one man's show must be really tough. I think you should hire a partner whom you can trust. While it will help reduce your workload, it will also help you grow.
