After selling out the last permanent PR5 homepage link (you can view the thread and reviews here) I've got another one available today.

placed and order with seller and link was live within minutes or ordering 5/5 on speed

the site is not spammed out and has good content on it. It does have the link profile the seller lists here. Seems like a steal for $50. 5/5 on price/value

Serp results - unknown as order is hours old but I dont see how this could hurt. There are no crap links on the page. Good way to expand link profile
 
I'm interested but there is a couple of question I need confirmation on. Is the link going to be on the homepage permanently? If it gets bump off, how long will it stay on the homepage at least?

All links placed are permanent and never will get bumped off ;)
 
My review: I have bought links from Scott previously...he puts links up immediately, and the links are high quality....thats all well and good the important thing is do they stick.....I have had several from him that where place 4 months ago and they are still in place. One of the keywords I used is 1st page 1st place on the big g. Another important factor is he limits the outgoing links, which is extremely important for actual link value.
